Eating for Hormonal Balance is a 28 day meal program designed to support the female hormonal cycle. The female cycle is composed of two segments; the follicular phase and the luteal phase. Each week of the program is curated to provide meals to support the female body with functional nutrition that provides proper nutrients, helps balance blood sugar and decreased inflammation that can help with common PMS symptoms.

This 28-day program will be e-mailed to you, and includes 4 weeks of easy to follow recipes. Each week includes a guided program for breakfast, lunch, supper, snacks and a grocery list.
